I get what he’s saying, it just seems weird to say that something is created a program that’s like a certain program, rather than saying what actual program was used. Maybe there’s a reason why he doesn’t want to say what program it was created in, or he doesn’t know.
I mean, do you ever tell people “I created this in an After Effects-like program”?

I don´t understand very well how this will work. I see this ID check is for new authors, no matter AJ or other markets, understood. But if a new author provides an identification, how will this stop authors who use assets from other authors?
Authors who steal and get caught cannot just create a new account under a new name. Also, you may want to think twice to steal in a store where you have just shown your ID.

Hello There, I think there is something wrong with review team in envato.
Some of my items are best sellers on other places and get hard rejected here.
I checked your template and it’s far better project. May be soft rejection with some ideas to improve could be better way to handle this kind of work.
So don’t take it personally and you are not rejected. But think creatively.
