Hi all. Sorry for the late reply in this thread - there have been many changes over the last few days.

All of our Russian authors should have received more information from our Author Support team via email. SWIFT, PayPal and Payoneer are all affected differently, so please check your email for information that is specific to your chosen payment method.

I doubt that it will be possible to withdraw money to Payoneer.

I can’t even access this site using the VPN.

And it is not known whether Payoneer himself will transfer the money that came to him to us. Can anyone say something about this?

We haven’t been advised of any changes from Payoneer - their current policy matches the details in our email to authors who have Payoneer set as their payout method. I recommend following up directly with Payoneer’s support though, as they will have the most accurate information for that service.

Payout via Payoneer created on 01 Mar 2022 rejected
Any comments?
And what about Envato Elements payouts?

For those reporting issues in this thread, could you please edit your post to include your nominated payout method (Payoneer or SWIFT), and confirm whether your bank is currently on the international sanctions list?
