ThemeForest Decline all Credit Cards in Renew Support Plan for a WordPress Theme

Trying to renew the support plan for Electro Theme for WordPress from this link:

But Envato keeps decline all the credit cards we’re providing, even all our credit cards we’re using them on daily basis, locally in Turkey and Internationally without any issues, providing this error message:

Payment unsuccessful - there was a problem processing your credit card.
For security reasons we may need you to re-enter your Visa, MasterCard or AMEX details before trying again, or you may need to try an alternative payment method.

Why don’t Envato have a customer support team!!?
Can anyone help out with this?

The Turkish credit cards are on the blacklist at Envato due to charge-back issues. If you were a new user, most likely your account would be blocked as well.

For work-around, you need to transfer the money from your bank to WISE/Payoneer and use their credit card for purchases.

You may try to pay via PayPal ( without loggin in by just entering your card details ) but I’m not sure if PayPal is accessible in Turkiye
