Envato Payment Error - Theme Purchase

I’m having trouble making payment for a theme via credit card or PayPal. For credit card payment it says “Payment unsuccessful - there was a problem processing your credit card.
For security reasons we may need you to re-enter your Visa, MasterCard or AMEX details before trying again, or you may need to try an alternative payment method.”

For PayPal it says “Check your account balance before retrying this card.”

Please how can I resolve this? It’s quite urgent. Thank you.
