Hello, I have a problem with the payment by credit card. I tried with 2 cards and with each attempt, I get the following message: Payment unsuccessful - there was a problem processing your credit card. For security reasons we may need you to re-enter your Visa, MasterCard or AMEX details before trying again, or you may need to try an alternative payment method. I don’t understand what the problem is. Can you help me please ? Thanks in advance.
