I was trying to buy a theme. I entered my credit card information. An error message came.
Payment unsuccessful - there was a problem processing your credit card. For security reasons we may need you to re-enter your Visa, MasterCard or AMEX details before trying again, or you may need to try an alternative payment method.
I tried again, I tried 7 times in total.
It gave an error message every time. so the purchase did not take place.
However, it seems that 7 payments have been taken on the credit card statement.
And still, nothing seems to be purchased in the downloads section.
Where should I report this situation? I couldn’t find a support contact
