Sale Reversal is happening often for me, is the user can able to download the item before the sale reversal occurs.?
Yes it can be downloaded. And yes you can do nothing about it. Basically you can only watch like someone stealing your product. This topic already was discussed. 3 Sales reversal today :(
Reversals can take place post downloading.
It’s worth reiterating that while it is frustrating, there is nothing that envato can do to stop them happening.
As a result, anyone who reverses payments has their entire account blocked and any access to downloads (of any item that they have bought) removed until it has been checked and resolved.
