Are there any options to get my money to russian bank account through SWIFT from audiojungle?
As stated in Envato’s documentation, if your residential address is in Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Sudan, or Libya, Envato will be unable to process payments to you.

@Aleckxstar You’re trying to send money to a bank in Russia, right? I believe there are still restrictions in place for sending money to Russia. Is that correct @KingDog ? You might need to contact the Envato support team directly using

Hi @Aleckxstar. If you haven’t already done so, please open an Author Support ticket using the link above - they will be able to give more specific advice for your account.
In general, Envato will not pay Author, Provider or Contributor earnings to any financial institutions based in the Russian Federation (effective from March 26, 2022). This was an Envato policy when it was first announced, but most intermediary payment services now have similar restrictions in place that will block transfers to banks in Russia.
If you now live in KZ and have a bank account there, you should be able to set up your Envato payout method via https://author.envato.com/profile/payment. The Author Support team can help, if you run into any problems using that system.
