are russian authors allowed to sell tracks from their portfolio? my portfolio is blocked , it says " Your portfolio is currently disabled and your items are not available for sale." What should i do to sell again?
Envato is currently not accepting authors from Russia due to payment restrictions.
they say “we are not accepting new author signups from Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Sudan, or Libya.”
there is nothing about old russian authors here who are uploading on AJ many years.
I think this applies to both new and old authors. As mentioned in the article, the problem is payment restrictions, which may stop Envato from sending payouts.
Did you confirm your identity when asked to do so a few months back ?
Authors who did not confirm their Identity have had their portfolio disabled. Once your identity is confirmed, your portfolio will be reinstated.
There are still many Russian authors on Envato. But payment cannot be processed to Russian banks. You would have to have a bank account hosted in another country.

That’s much more relevant information, than what baevox said. Yes, my last id check request had been recieved in 2022, i did not do anything at that period of time, but now i want to get back to AJ

I don’t remember how long those remain valid. Maybe you need to re do it? But you would have received a message in that case. Best to ask support about it, they should know the reason and what you can do.

There are threads in Russian on the Forums. You should start there. Just type “Russian” or “Русский” in the forums search and start from there.
I think it will become clearer if you ask a question to tech support. There were stop lists for withdrawal. The profiles themselves and the opportunity to sell were not blocked. Unless you did it yourself. There was such an option. I am from Russia, I bring them out in “Kazakhstan”. If you are sure that you are withdrawing in another country, and everything is OK with the profile. Contact technical support. One thing is stable - there are no sales!)))
