hi in a lot of cases, there are issues of imbrications and and so on, in your case, there is not something like this in my view, i just tend to believe that this is a matter of style, as this logo’s style does not look super modern and trendy … and seems to be failing go a real concept if u wish … apart from this, the only thing that i can see is a rather flat typo part if u ask me … this is clean but flat, definitely lacking touches of originality and there is a name prevailing a bit too much over the tagline all the same , in this case …
Probably your logo is out of date and need some more trendy elements
