Hey guys, need your advice here.
A while ago I created a PSD file which was accepted by the marketplace and now is being sold here. I’ve made a partnership agreement with one of elite authors to convert PSD to WordPress. Now wp theme got some good sales, but my “partner” refuses to make a payout 
I know Envato does not deal with authors agreements and stays out of trouble. What would you advise to restore justice Thanks!
I see you have no PSD on your account. If you have it on another account of yours, just contact the Envato and report copyright issue (DCMA) They will take remove the theme and you could ask the author for payment.If he agrees to pay ( if he pays) you can contact the support and re-upload the item.

Sure enough I have it on the other account and at the moment don’t want to make the issue public with references to items mentioned above. Anyway, thanks for your advice. Спасибо
