I made a product of 6 gb it is a ae product but when I went to upload through ftp server it is not showiing on envato but i uploaded 2 gb file it showed and the 6gb file is also auto deleting after I quit filezilla ftp server

but I have highly commpressed the file but the file will not compress that much that is in different format.
it is being uploaded but it is just dissapering after I quit the filezilla software

bro i also uploaded a 4.5gb file and its got uploaded with no problem and showed in envato also but why a 7gb file is not uploading properly help me bro…
Your 6GB file might be too large for Envato’s upload limit, which is why it’s not showing. The file disappearing after quitting FileZilla could mean the upload didn’t finish or there’s not enough server space… Try splitting the file into smaller parts and uploading again.

my problem got solver by myself I have kept + mark in the name of the zip so thats why it is missing
I just removed the + and it just uploaded fine

but i went to upload direct video files of my product in motion graphics it is not taking Html Description i need to Upload Html Description when i seen other products they have Html Description But When I went To Upload There Is no Support For Html Description There Is Only Option For Description Not Html Description Like Others
You can use online tools like https://wordhtml.com/ to generate HTML descriptions. Simply enter the contents in the “Word” tab and then click on the “HTML” tab to view the HTML code.
