Contact support right away and demand a list of all subscribers who downloaded your project. Maybe Element is still “small” enough that you could find out who the culprit is, and take some actions.
Is there no fingerprint technology for videos, graphics etc like Content ID for music?
No
From the latest comments above I see that Envato elements become worth to be part of it, okay let’s see who agree that the elements is worth now for videohivers, please hit like on the post to see if you agree that the Envato elements nowadays is worth for videohivers
What should we hit if we don’t agree?
I didn’t think about it
Nobody like competition. So I definitely will not like @pxlzero post.
The sales are getting worse each month for me even with new templates published, I think it’s time to move to elements to compete with @DOGmotion
Oh, NO!!!
)) money love silence, friend
William Henry Gates III should be a poor man then. But no, so “money love silence” don’t work actually.
Bump. Anything new?
I’m personally happy with the sales results of Elements so far. However, Elements is pretty frustrating from an author standpoint, because Envato hasn’t given us sales insights or tracking ability like we have on Market.
Selling on Elements feels like you’re throwing your project up over a wall that you can’t see past, and simply hoping it does well.
I’m sure they will provide better tools and dashboards for authors in the near future, but for now, it’s a pretty blind method of attempting to sell your items and reach new customers.
Overall the experience is OK, but there is still A LOT of room for improvement.
I can’t evaluate elements earnings yet but I have a few concerns after uploading a couple of projects.
First it is the immediate publish on every pirate site in the world and second the 30% taxation for many authors because Australia has fewer treaties with other countries than USA does.
Just got an invitation to an Elements. What’s new on earnings? Is it worth to jump in it or I should stay on VH?
Go for it, You never be disappointed, Ask @Rickyloca for specific details, you have similar model of portfolio of him
It’s a leap of faith for eveyone!
Hey Guys. Maybe someone can help with a little explanation. How long does it take my VH items to appear on Elements. It’s been 2 days already since I checked the Elements License checkbox in my item Edit page, as well filled the Text Description and still, my Elements dashboard is completely empty. Thanks.
Hi, they are already on Elements. Dashboard doesn’t work, find them by search
I have the same issue… contacted envato support and they said that the items will appear after the next cache sweep over. Although don’t know how frequently or exactly when do these cache sweeps happen.
