Personally I suggest to upload good tracks but with low sales first. Also tracks that were popular several years ago but now have really small sales, they can perform well on Elements. After first report (from the full month, when you also get contributor bonus) you can decide, do you need higher price models or everything already is fine. 
For example, when Elements invited videohive authors, there was agreement that our items will be available only for annual subscribers. But when Elements finally launch video category, they made everything available for month subscription plan. You can’t even imagine how angry I was.
