I got an bad review about my script. Buyer never contact me about his issue and wrote bad review. I was contact with Envato’s author support section. So, I get AI response about that.
“We found no evidence of a violation as the review in question does not appear to be forcing the author to take any action.”
If I do not receive an email from this person, if he does not write to me about the problem, how can Envato see the comment as evidence? If this buyer makes a refund/dispute, how can Envato respond?
Envato does not protect the author in the refund/dispute section anyway. What do they want to do with the AI support system they use?
