Envato dont protect authors on support section.

Hi fellass,

I got an bad review about my script. Buyer never contact me about his issue and wrote bad review. I was contact with Envato’s author support section. So, I get AI response about that.

“We found no evidence of a violation as the review in question does not appear to be forcing the author to take any action.”

If I do not receive an email from this person, if he does not write to me about the problem, how can Envato see the comment as evidence? If this buyer makes a refund/dispute, how can Envato respond?

Envato does not protect the author in the refund/dispute section anyway. What do they want to do with the AI ​​support system they use?

They have no control over the reviews unless it violates the comment policy.
Only thing you could do is to reply the buyer on the support section that they haven’t requested any support.
