Bug in several tracks on my portfolio

Hi, I received some emails from customers that can´t listen and/or download preview files in some tracks from my portfolio. This include all my best sellers tracks. ¿Someone with the same problem? I wrote to support, but this can take several days. maybe some moderator can help me? @KingDog @matthewcoxy @EricSchwartz @svgstephen @michellerobinson

Well, looks like a big bug in the market. Almost all the popular files of the week are not working.

Hey E-soundtrax,

Chrome user here… it seems that you get a alternative audioplayer with these songs without the option to download a preview.
This made me have a look at my own portfolio, and whilst i dont have time to browse through my 190 files right now, i did spot that my bestseller has the exact same problem!

I have seen this before but most of the time it’s sorted within a few hours or so… hopefully someone from Envato can chime in!

Hi Robert, I´m using Safari. I can´t listen or download the preview file. Hope this is fixed soon! Here´s an screenshot

Yes, That’s the exact same player i get on chrome as well.
Not being able to download the preview, and not being able to listen to the preview… sorry to see that you have some many files with this probem, this is costing you sales.

i had the same problem ! just updated the 80x80 icon and worked ! damn thats a lot of tracks ! :stuck_out_tongue:

Same here, sadly I cannot change my icon instantly and it needs review first. Browse the popular tracks of the weeks and found many items couldn’t work on their single page. Hope they will fix it soon :smile:

However, the problem should still be looked i think… updating the pic is a bit of a workaround if you have 40 files to correct, and who is to say the problem will not come back?

Anyway it has to be fixed by Envato. Probably thousands of items are affected by that bug. I just checked my portfolio… I don’t want to spend half day updating thumbnails :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

edit: actually it wasn’t that bad in my case. I had only few files to update ;).

A few days @MagicMusicStudio have same problem. Download preview button didn’t work. As I understand he updated item to solve this problem.

Friends, I have the same problem! Found 5 errors, all in top tracks! 2 of my track flew out of popular files! It’s really a shame!

We can fix the problem by uploading a picture or preview again, but will it happen again? We now need to check your tracks every day?

Periodic on several tracks was this problem too.

Thanks for letting me know about this @E-soundtrax. I wouldn’t have been aware of it till later otherwise. The solution of resaving the file does seem to work, however it took several attempts on a couple of files.

It happens with some of my tracks from time to time too

argh!!! that’s so messed up, and maybe explains my big drop in sales this week – a bunch of my files, including the free file are having the same problem :tired_face:

thanks for the heads up! so @WolfSound, must we replace each individual icon, or can we replace just the main one? i’m gonna try that first…
