Hello, I’m new in this, I recently installed the theme I want but it does not work out as in the demo that shows code errors, there is some way that someone installs it and helps me to leave it as I like the theme .

I already send them the respective errors but they answer for hours the truth I do not like their support their topics are nice but the support is bad.
so I would like to know if there is a way to hire a private support for there I saw that there was an obvious charge for them but I do not remember exactly what was
