Dear Envato
I am writing this mail because there is a problem with the audio license.
I have bought 1year license from Envato and used the audio for making the video.
Then the problem happened. I uploaded my video on Youtube then I received a report claims of music and copyright infringement reports from a company called “Elite Alliance Music”. I have already send an objection to Youtube through Youtube Studio, but myobjection got refused. I legally payed for license to that music by subscribing to Envato. I wonder if Envato can reslove it directly, or if it is not possible, should I proceed with an appeal through Youtube Studio?
The Title of the music is ‘Real Estate Corporate’
The copyright owner is ‘99Instrumentals’
As you can see, this is music with Youtube content ID registered.
I have sent a message directly to https://elitealliance.net 18 and haven’t received a reply yet.
To Tell you once more, Since I obviously downloaded and used the music after subscribing the Envato, I want to avoid warnings and reports. Also, can the copyright infringement report be withdrawn if I file and appeal by attaching the license to Youtube Studio? Any advice would be helpful.
