I’m using a song from Elite Alliance Music on a Youtube video, which generated a claim for copyright use.
Then I provided the proper license granted by Envato, but Elite Alliance Music refused the license twice (both on the initial claim and on the contest phase), thus making the video to be removed from Youtube.
I want to complain about this company because I paid for these audio collections and I have the right to use them.

This is unacceptable of course. You want to contact the author who has an obligation to assist you in clearing the claim. If the valid license was not accepted by the claimant, it could be that the claim is actually fraudulent. In any case, the author has to be warned that something is wrong with their claiming process.
How can we contact the Author of the music? I have looked on the Envato page where I downloaded the music and Licence but cannot see it. tyia
You can go to the audiojungle profile and right, almost at the bottom there is a box where you can contact author through email.
