Wp plugin got rejected

Hi

I am the new author on envato market and submitted wp plugin on CodeCanyon week ago and it’s got rejected after one week.
I got the Email from envato market says

Thank you for your submission. We have completed our review of “XOptin” and unfortunately we found it isn’t at the quality standard required to move forward, and you won’t be able to re-submit this item again.

Here is the comment from your Envato Quality team reviewer:

This item has a nice concept, but doesn’t feature the required functionality and features to be approved as a premium item. Consider expanding the feature set here.

There is no any error in Debug log and enabling wp debug on.

I have put so much effort and time for making the plugin perfect. Here is the demo URL http://maltathemes.com/optin-demo/

Here is the list of full features http://maltathemes.com/full-features/

The backend is also designed very beautifully and the code is written properly by using php classes wp hooks and filters and comments.

Can anyone help me what things I need to add and what was the reasons for rejections?

Well the problem is not the techniques you used and if its well desinged is not a feature that has high value.

The problem is that it does not has enough features ( there are free plugins that do 90% what you do and paid plugins that do more ).

Add more functionality, Couple examples:

  • Pay with your email method
  • Support for big newsletter and autoresponders ( other then mailchimp )
  • Choice for double or single opt-in

Thanks for replying.

I have noted down and gonna add these features.

If you have more suggestions in future please let me know I will be very thankful.

Can you please explain little bit more the point

Pay with your email method

Lets say I wrote a ebook, you can get the ebook for free if you signup for my newsletter.

So if you optin you get a reward, in my case a ebook.

Got it. Thanks for all the help.
