Wordpress Theme Purchased But Download Not Available

Hi,

We have recently purchased " Juno | Kids Toys & Games Store WordPress Theme" but the theme is not showing under downloads neither the payment is reflecting. But we have received the confirmation mail on our registered email id. For reference the invoice number is IVIP28199407 . Please take a look and advise us accordingly.
