Hi,
I downloaded a wordpress theme 6 months ago from Envato Elements , it was working good and suddenly yesterday crashed and I had to deactivate the plugins related to the theme to make website working , but now the website without theme !
I’ve tried to find a way to verify the theme is with licence but unfortunately I couldn’t find anything related to Envato Elements , I found only Token for Envato Market
Can you please help me what to do for this issue ?

Elements downloads do not come with auto updates like purchases from themeforest.
Are you still subscribed to elements?
It might be worth downloading the theme again to see if there is a more Uk to date version now.
No I’m not subscriber at the moment ,
But according to the licence , the theme is valid even after end subscription
So I believe it shouldn’t be the reason is itn’t ?
The build has to be complete while you are subscribed and elements downloads do not come with updates like themeforest purchases do.
Your issue sounds like something is out of date unfortunately
This is one of the reasons why you should buy themes and templates from Envato Market. In Themeforest you can download the updates whenever you want and if you need support you just have to buy more months of support.
