Firstly I’ve made a withdrawal in January 2016. As usual I waited my earnings on 15th of February. But on 15th of February I didn’t get my money on my Paypal, the money was just returned to my envato balance. I was patient and just made another withdrawal to get the money in March. Today is 15th of March and what I see? The same situation repeated, I didn’t get any money on my paypal account, I didn’t get any e-mail, nothing. The money is just returned to my envato balance.
Any ideas what is happening?

I contacted support yesterday, thank you. I don’t know, I can log in my paypal, I bought something few days ago and paid with paypal. Any other way how else can I make sure that my paypal acc working fine?
So, this is what I’ve got from Envato support:
“Unfortunately Paypal refused your payment. You will need to check with them as to what the issue is with your account. Sometimes there can be issues if you have not completed your w forms, so this may be the problem.”
