It’s 21 august and yet i didn’t received payment of this july. I opened a ticket in envato support, after two days they responsed me with this message.

I replied again two times and no response, we are entering in weekend days and still not send my july payment.
It’s the worst support since i’m here for 2-3 years.

Probably some issues with your payment, I spoke to few other authors and all of us got the payment on time. but yeah envato support should answer you about the status
@Jthemes in withdrawals day they sad me couldn’t submit your amount cause your paypal doesn’t allowed it. i called paypal and they checked my paypal and sad it was technical issue now everything is ok with your paypal and they can send you payment.
Paypal support was very fast, now since 17 august they can not response to send me money… I’m very frustrated on this support.

No need to worry, I can see your ticket is alive and well with our Finance Team. Manual re-payments for things like withdrawals are made on Tuesdays.
If you haven’t received your money or a reply by the end of business of Tuesday, let me know and I’ll be happy to look into this for you
