We submitted a support request #395603 on the 18th of January asking to forward us the swift message via email as far as we didn’t get payment on one of our withdrawal requests, we need it to check the payment details in our local bank. Could you please check if the request wasn’t lost in the queue? Sorry for bothering you with that but the question is very important for us.
We’re contacted you a couple of times via email and twitter but still have to post this here because the issue is still not solved.
The Ticket ID is 395603 and the point is that we haven’t received a part of the monthly payment from Envato.
Here are the details of issue:
We made several withdrawals on the 31st of December 2015 and everything went fine with all of them but one. We have already mailed you the details of the withdrawal request.
We got in touch with our local bank 4 days ago (on the 25th of January 2016) and the bank officer said that bank didn’t receive this payment and guided us to get in touch with you for more details.
So we did the same day but still didn’t get any reply. Could you please check our support request asap?
This is a crucial question for us and the answer will be really appreciated.

Thanks for you replies, mates! We tweeted to envato support team and also submitted a new support ticket yesterday and we finally got the reply to our previous support request. Still didn’t get this solved but it’s a huge step forwart for us any way.
