We got email on 15th that it was send, and it should have arrived by 22 August but it still hasn’t arrived and our bank says they haven’t received any payment.
What’s going on Envato?
I believe Envato has sent the payments ( I have received both from Marketplace/Elements via PayPal ). Could be a delay from your bank as 16th was Friday and there were 2-3 days of gap.
No, the problem is not the bank. I usually got the payout in the next day, and I asked bank, they don’t have any delays at this time. It worked like clock since October 2023 (when Envato started to using the new “great” payout system) but now I didn’t get any money.

I suggest to wait for more days. By Monday, if you don’t hear anything, contact Envato support
@BenLeong I have written to support but waiting for the answer 2 days, #3632796 this is my ticket, stiil have no money on bank account or answer.
I had not get even the email about the money that were sent, but the money was debited from the balance. I thought, something went wrong by Envato, but it seems, that all the others got their money.

Today is Monday, 26th August, 5 PM, and we still didn’t get payout. It’s already 11 days of waiting. We double asked our bank, they say they don’t have any problem and didn’t receive any payment for us.

We already contacted the support but still no solutions. They suggested us to wait until Monday, but today is Monday (26 Aug) and still no money for July.
It’s 12 days of waiting. Still no payout. No response from the support.
