Will Envato do something with it's rating system?

I know that this is an old topic, but since first such question appeared no changes has been made to this system.

I think every author will be agree with me - this system needs to be refreshed or removed completely if Envato does not want to do something with it. Some reasons:

  • it usually used to ruin items by angry customers or competitors
  • more often buyer expect from author a full assistance and ask for things that does not included into support and when it is refused - buyer sets bad rating.

Would be great to make these ratings visible to all people and soften removal politics for unfounded ratings.

Where are respect to the authors from Envato? These guys simply don’t listen us, I think.

Hi @TrickyMilk, if you believe a buyer is using the threat of a low rating to force you to do something you aren’t obligated to do and you have clear evidence to prove this, I recommend contacting our help team to request the rating be removed.
