The creator of a script I bought months ago abandoned the project and the script was finally removed from the site, but they still want me to provide screenshots of errors of the script, even though I removed it from my servers 40+ days ago

I’m having also a big problem with an author which doesn’t reply at all. I’m waiting from May 16th for some bug fixes but without any result. I contacted Envato and they only can give my money back! That’s not an option: we worked more than 10 weeks on our website and it’s almost finished. How can I get my support?
I’m wasting so much time. Can’t find where to get support other than the forum. Can’t find anything about the problem in search and can’t start a new thread. I have an email saying there is a fatal area since the Worpress 5.2 update. Is it likely to be your E & P form builder because the only other plug in I have is Akismet.
