I have purchased 1 script and few mobile apps, they all have their own ticket system which they reply after 4 to 5 days. the reply will be complete nonsense.
this script team made me work on it for 2 months still it’s not working like the demo. now I have 4 months of support period and I lost hope that they won’t be able to fix those issues within that time.
Mobile app guys keep on sending a text from the very poorly written documentation, we created a ticket because the documentation dint helped us. but he doesn’t understand that.
I am happy with the support I got for wp themes and other graphics items, but scripts and mobile apps its a horrible experience.
Does Envato take these things seriously? Do others have a similar experience with these categories?
