hello why did my comment get removed ? i only tell from what i saw about sngine, and somehow it get removed, what happen to envato? we can’t tell the truth anymore ?

i only ask about devs why keep asking their own customer to use their custom work that cost 2-3 times of their script price, and keep lying about release date… and my comment get reported, and then removed by envato team… what happen ??
What is your main concern? Is it that they are charging more for custom work than the item itself?
Item comments are primarily used for pre sale questions and in some cases, support. So I can understand why the author might flag your comments for removal.

its my presale question
1.i ask how long does they release new update, because they keep delaying or lying about release date,
2.why they keep asking us to do customization that cost 3-4 times than the script price, then release it for public later
3.why they ignore (more than a week or month) or blocking their customer even their support plan still active
4.THEY ALWAYS ASKING FOR CUSTOMIZATION, so basicaly they create that script to make more money outside codecanyon…
example for this guy, presale question automatically get reported by devs, then you guys help him to remove it…

the product and devs itself is a bit problem, you should review their attitude and product and put customer first rather than the author…
negative reviews also been taken down in sngine, why you guys helped him so much ?
As custom work is strictly between the author and buyer, its out of our hands unfortunately. We just make sure the core item listed is functioning as described. Any customization beyond that will need to be discussed privately with the author.
