Where do I go to if Dev does not reply my ticket?

Hi, I’ve purchased a theme from one of the dev in ThemeForest. It’s been 10 days already and developer doesnt even reply my query. I’m buying the themes here with good intention that the support system is good. So what is the use of support for 6 months then because this is really frustrating.

Which channels have you used to contact him? You can try to write in the comments section of the item as well as sending him PM via his profile page contact form. Some authors have also dedicated support forums, you can find link to him under Support tab when you are on the item page. Feel free to share the item and author name and we can point you in the right direction.

If you exhausted all the options to contact him and still not getting answer, it may be better to just ask for a refund and go with a different item from a different author.
