Not getting support from author

Hi i have buy a theme from themeforest but i dont get support from author what to do now

If you have not gotten a response within a few days, post a comment on the item asking if they got your support message.

(Edit: As Bedros pointed out, not all items offer support, so check the Support tab first).

If you still don’t hear back, then request a refund at https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

By the way, just letting you know, SUPPORT is not mandatory here.
You can check the support status (if the author is providing support or not) by clicking the “SUPPORT” link from the menu as you see below…:

Only if you paid for support, are you entitled to support.

Also a few additional points…:

You don’t have to pay for the support for the first 6 months.
(If the author provides support) you have your support for the first 6 months, for free.

After the first 6 months, if you still need support, only then you have to pay for it.
Of course, it’s also up to your dialogue with the author of the product.

The first 6 months of support is paid and included with the purchase? At least that’s how I saw it.
But I guess you could consider it free.
