Not sure if this is the right place. I still have three months of support left on my theme, but the Theme Author’s website (where it says to go for support) is gone, and their main website is no longer up. How do I get the support I paid for?
You can use the contact form which can be found on that authors themeforest profile page.
I am having the same problem. I need support. I have emailed the site at the support page and got no answer. What can I do. My theme has so many bugs.
The last way to contact the theme’s author is to email them from their profile.
I contacted one of the admins here . he told me to just get a refund if the support people aren’t responding.
