I just downloaded a WordPress theme from Envato Elements, I followed all the instructions to upload it and include all demo files. However, It doesn’t look like the demos at all. I made sure I did it correctly but the theme seemed corrupted of outdated. Thank you for your response.
If it’s WordPress ( or any other CMS ) you’d need to import the demo content as well. Item from elements doesn’t come with “author” support. If you want author support, check Envato Marketplace ( ThemeForest / CodeCanyon ) if the item is available for sale then you can purchase your own copy with 6 months support included.
