Hi! I’m trying to contact @ApusTheme but haven’t had any luck since I got their theme from envato elements and do not have a purchase code in order to submit a ticket for support on their site, they haven’t responded to my emails. What can I do, can envato team help me? It’s really important, my checkout page is not working

Items from Elements are not supported. You will need to purchase a copy at ThemeForest for help.
If you don’t want to get a copy and request help from author, you’re on your own.
Unfortunately support is not inlcuded with Elements downloads - you could purchase the full theme at Themeforest. That way you get support and more importantly ongoing updates
