One of my items my item was bought 2 month ago from Singapore. But after these 2 month this item returned and refunded.
Reason: " A sale reversal is the result of a canceled or disputed by the payment, enforced by the payment gateway or bank."
I can’t understand what does it mean. Why this item was returned? And why after 2 month???
Refund process takes time. It’s not instant. There are several parties involved: buyer, bank, Envato and you.
And usually for me it also takes 2 months.
Most reversals have a time limit of up to 180 days.
