I am working on my first template for themeforest and i need to know
Can i use some unlicensed images in my theme just for send it to themeforest and if they approve my theme then change all images to licensed image for public preview?
Is it possible?
Absolutely NOT.
You have to have permission. licenses etc. for any image you are using in the demo or download.
For what it’s worth most download versions will only have placeholder images anyway.

Why don’t you use unsplash.com images ? They are free to use for commercial purposes.

use ‘single licence’ for online demo only, ‘redistibuted lisence’ are too expensive most of them above $500
