Does anybody else have problem uploading new items ?
Tried several times on mac osx (google chrome) got this message:
" The upload processing timed out.
This may happen because of a temporary backend issue, or because the files being uploaded are too big or numerous for our system to quickly process.
Please try reducing the size/number of preview screenshots or try again later. If the issue persists, please contact Envato Help. "
I do, I’m trying to resubmit a soft-rejected pack and have to stare at the Processing status for some time, then “Retry submit” button appears and nothing happens anyway. Tried several browsers and Internet providers - still not working.
I have meet these trouble for several times. And then i must try Google drive to upload it
