Tried to submit a soft-reject music pack in the last few hours. After clicking submit, the button changes to a greyed out Processing… . Page doesn’t update, item doesn’t appear on dashboard either. Then after a while a pop out says:
The upload processing timed out.
This may happen because of a temporary backend issue, or because the files being uploaded are too big or numerous for our system to quickly process.
Please try reducing the size/number of preview screenshots or try again later. If the issue persists, please contact Envato Help.
Doesn’t make sense, saving changes to the description is works. But submitting for review doesn’t even though I don’t have any files to submit.
I am having the same issue trying to update an item. The page is stuck on “processing”. I already contacted Envato support. Hopefully, they will fix the issue soon. Maybe something is wrong with their server…
Thanks for replying! I had spotty internet the whole day (I had to reload the forum just to post this topic!) and didn’t know if it was me or Envato that was the problem. Cheers for contacting support too!
I am trying a whole day to update an item (on ThemeForest). I have changed internet provider, PC, Macbook and the result was the same - just “Processing” which never ends for me.
