Hello. I have a soft-rejected file and I already re-uploaded it with the fixed pack, but now if I try to press the Upload button it switch to “Processing…” and freezes at this point. I already tried different browsers even different PC, but nothing helps.
What can I do in this situation? Is the problem is from my side, or is it the envato servers?
