"Unexpected error please contact support" resubmission of templatekit error.

Hello,

One time soft rejected item i have resubmitted but now item status is ‘Unexpected error please contact support’.

Anyone have experience for this kind of status.

Recently some issues with the system, try again later.

Should I upload as a fresh template again?

Don’t upload as new. Use the item from “hidden items” section for re-upload.
If it’s not there, it may be rejected already.
