I keep getting an email from Envato saying I have ‘Unclaimed Envato Earning.’
I’ve logged in but cannot figure out what to do? The button in the email just takes me to the home page? I’ve haven’t done anything for Envato for a very long time but I know they have a couple things they are still selling I created.
Can someone explain how to claim this or where to go specifically on the appropriate site. And why no way to contact someone directly? The email is a no-reply email there should be a way to talk to a real person or send an email to enquire.
Your link sends me to a page that says “Ask in the Forums.” I posted on the forum because that page told me too. This is what I’m talking about. It’s as clear as mud to communicate with someone from Envato. No direct email, no live chat.
there is a Submit a request form. please fill the form to get support from envato support team. About account, earning, payment such type of issues only can be handled by envato support team. Thanks
to see your profile I can see you have earned more than $100 but from your provided screenshots I can realize you didn’t set your payout settings till now. Please set your payout mean how you would like to get paid from envato account.
Hello @vonster ! As rightly said @mgscoder (he indicated the correct link), just click a little higher to open the support ticket (the field with a small triangle that looks down is on the right), as in the screenshot.
