Hello, I am Envato writer Gabriel. I did not receive my payment this month via PayPal. I did not receive any information or message regarding the payment. We have reached the 16th of the month. Can I know the reason for this? Thank you in advance.
First, make sure you have configured the payment method properly on your account.
Second, make sure you have the minimum amount ( I believe it’s 50$ for PP ) on your Envato account. If those conditions are met already, you should’ve got the payment yesterday/today.
You may need to contact support for help.
Same here. It’s Monday and didn’t receive any payment email.

But I still haven’t received my money on PayPal. I haven’t received any emails since June 4th.
I’ve been an author for over 10 years, but this has never happened to me before.

Minimum 50$ is required for withdrawal, probably the money will be returning to your account during the day. ( or you’d see it “on-hold” status on the accounts.envato )
Yes, I know it’s $50, but Envato did itautomatically. I don’t know why or how. I hope I don’t lose the money. its already 14+ day
