To update the old video formats to new with the new watermark or...?

Dear All,
Could you please someone help me on this… recently noticed we need to change the old video formats(mp4) to new format(Apple Prores) in the video hive for motion graphic and the stock footages. my question is when we doing that do we need to update the preview with the updated watermark with the latest one(2024) or keep the old one as it is. Thank you.
