Theme/supplier suggestions please

Hi, not sure where to post this but Im looking for suggestions for themes or more specifically suppliers I should try.

Im basically after a new theme and Id like recommendations for suppliers rather than the themes. Ive bought 2 themes from TF and the experience have been different in terms of support. One was great, one wasn’t. Im basically after support that includes a website with user queries so I can get answers quicker (through searching) than waiting for days (and even more days if further clarification is needed).

Any recommendations appreciated. In future where do I post stuff like this aimed at other end users?

Author self-promotion or calling author names in forums is not allowed (at least not in promotional context).
You can always check out item’s comments where you can see date for both comment and author reply so it should give you a clue how fast is author at responding. Also, it’s worth to take a look at comments/ratings on other items of the same author.
