Theme Forest Account locked just after creating without any resons?

Dear sir,
Just after I created an account to purchase a wp theme my account got locked, I don’t know why? I did what they asked to do? I contacted support team but no help.

I am sorry but if Envato Help weren’t able to help you, there is nothing we can do. They must have serious reasons do that.

Sorry to hear you’re having troubles with your account. But in forum we can’t help regarding account related issues. If you like to know more about it you have to reply your opend ticket or have to get in touch with Envato Support .

Unfortunately I have the similar problem today , even customer service instead of to resolve my problem , they make it worst ever , I bought two themes and after two and three days my account completely locked. And when I contacted the customer service they don’t want to mention the reason why they locked out of my account . Very disturbing messages . And they don’t want to re-enable my account as they claimed

Plus I really have noticed earlier . That customer service they keep copy and paste same exact response for all the customers that that their accounts have been locked unknown reasons
