So my boss chose a wordpress theme from ThemeForest and immediately purchased it using my account via credit card/mastercarrd.
Unfortunately, after purchasing, my account was suddenly locked. And I’ve seen that a lot of users are complaining with the problem I am facing right now.
I’ve already emailed the envato support team and still waiting for their reply because my concern was forward to an another team.
My question is, will they resolve this problem ASAP? How many days? Or will it be within a day?
The theme we have purchased will be used as our company website and that’s totally my problem.
