Account Locked

Hello, I bought a wordpress theme from my envato account on March 28, 2023. The cost of the theme appears on my credit card statement. In my conversation with the bank, Envato made a refund on May 03, 2023 without any notice. My account appears to be locked after the refund. I have information in my e-mail address that I have purchased products from Envato. I have dozens of themes in my envato account. I cannot use the products I paid for. this is so annoying. I’m thinking of taking legal action if this situation takes too long. I wrote to the help team several times. The answer given to me is as follows.

Unfortunately like all companies, we have a number of internal policies in place which, for business reasons, we do not divulge. After reviewing your application for service, we are unfortunately unable to re-enable your account.

I am experiencing the exact same issue. I got a refund for one theme, but still wanted to use another. I have been working on the website for weeks and now today, “critical error with your website”, I logged into the backend of Wordpress and the theme is no longer active and the product code has vanished. I have no way of getting a new code…

I got an answer from Envato. (we have rejected/rejected/canceled any payment attempt.)

Isn’t that unfair to me? I bought the product by paying the price. then they close my account permanently by returning the payment to my bank.

Envato may refuse to pay. Ok. may refuse to sell this product.
Can also cancel the purchase code. But why is my account being closed?

I did not resort to an illegal means.
I have themes in my account that are not yet used.
I trusted envato when buying the product. I said my account is safe. because I have account since 2007.
I was not informed about the problem in the payment of the last product I bought.
My account was closed without any information given to me.

I had 2 meetings with my financial institution.
My financial institution informed me that the payment for the product you purchased was made in both calls. There is even information on my credit card statement that the payment has been made.
It was reported that the price of the product was returned by envato.

As previously mentioned, we declined/rejected/canceled any payment attempt. This means that you need to direct any questions or concerns directly to your financial institution.
