I have the same problem, already contacted the supports, and received ticket, but no reply till now… have been 7 hours I wait for their reply… and I can’t check the status of my ticket…

It’s sad that you’re not even the first one having the issue with the account but on the other hand, most of the support staff, I believe, they are on holiday so it may take a bit more to get a proper answer and of course a solution
