I have contacted the support center but no feedback from them yet. Is there a way we can expedite the process? They seem to be too slow.

They have a special department for account issues so they will hopefully be back to you as quickly as they can. Thanksgiving holidays may be causing a bit of a slower response time :slight_smile:

No news up to now. Is that normal? Its been 2 days. Do they work in weekends? I am seriously starting thinking going elsewhere
